The polyester needle punched felt filter bag is made by repeatedly puncturing and properly hot-rolling. The short fibers are loosened, combed, and laid into a fiber mesh. Then, the fiber mesh is reinforced into a cloth through a needle. The needle has hooks and thorns. The fiber mesh is repeatedly punctured, and the hook and belt fibers are reinforced to form a needled nonwoven fabric. The nonwoven fabric has no distinction between warp and weft lines, and the fabric fibers are disordered, with little difference in radial and weft performance.
